At Rustic Candles Australia, every product is handmade in small batches with care. Because of the nature of handmade items, small variations in colour, texture, or appearance are normal — and part of the charm.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or faulty, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims can take up to 30 days to resolve.
Please include:
Your full name
Order number
Photos of the packaging and the product
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We will happily replace the item or offer store credit. In some cases, we may request the damaged item to be returned.
Change of Mind (No Refund)
We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item, we will fix this promptly.
Please contact us with your order number and a photo so we can resolve it quickly.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom tom scents, personalised orders, and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
Lost Parcels
Once parcels are lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist you with an Australia Post enquiry.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued as:
Store credit, or
A refund to the original payment method (processing times may vary by bank)
